Stainless Steel Wire Screen for printing mesh fabric is made of choice ss wires, SUS304N, 304HP, or 316L. Compared with polyester mesh screen, the plain woven ss wire cloth for printing has high tension and excellent resistance against corrosion from chemicals, to provide a long printing time. Mesh roll width : 1.020m (40"), 1.220m (48") ; 1.530(60“). Length: 30meter/roll. Wetter ss wire printing mesh is mainly used for silk printing, ceramic printing, glass printing, Printed circuit boards, Keypads and Scales.

Features of Stainless Steel Screen Printing:
Stainless steel wire mesh is formed from stainless steel offering good wear resistance, high strength and less technical extension. The fine wire diameter allows good ink performance; also the wire mesh screen has stable mechanical properties, chemical properties and accurate sizes. The shortcoming of stainless steel printing screen is its lack of flexibility and more expensive price. Also, the wire mesh cannot restore properly to its original forms after expansion.
