Rope wire is made from high-quality steel rod drawn into a wide range of diameters to meet different wire rope designs and strength requirements.
Stainless Steel Rope Wire offers high strength, flexibility and resistance to corrosion, ideal for production of stainless wire ropes, strands and cables.
Rope wire is manufactured in conformity to international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and JIS G 4315, we provide mill test certifications to guarantee material traceability and performance reliability.
Our high strength rope wires are exported to South Korea, Vietnam and many other countries. Wire ropes are widely used in many industries including construction, marine, mining, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
General Technical Information
Material Types
Rope wire is manufactured from mainly three types of steel wires:
- Stainless Steel Wire (Mainly 304H)
For marine, chemical, and outdoor applications. - Galfan Wire (Al-Zn Alloy Coated Wire)
For long-term durability in harsh environments. - Galvanized Steel Wire
Economical general purpose wire ropes hot-dip galvanized.
