Stainless Steel Wire for Ropes and Cables

Rope Wire Stainless Steel, Galfan, Galvanized Steel - for Marine, Drilling, Mining and Structural Construction

Rope wire is made from high-quality steel rod drawn into a wide range of diameters to meet different wire rope designs and strength requirements.

Stainless Steel Rope Wire offers high strength, flexibility and resistance to corrosion, ideal for production of stainless wire ropes, strands and cables.

Rope wire is manufactured in conformity to international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and JIS G 4315, we provide mill test certifications to guarantee material traceability and performance reliability.

Our high strength rope wires are exported to South Korea, Vietnam and many other countries. Wire ropes are widely used in many industries including construction, marine, mining, transportation, and infrastructure projects.

General Technical Information

Material Types

Rope wire is manufactured from mainly three types of steel wires:

  1. Stainless Steel Wire (Mainly 304H)
For marine, chemical, and outdoor applications.
  2. Galfan Wire (Al-Zn Alloy Coated Wire)
For long-term durability in harsh environments.
  3. Galvanized Steel Wire
Economical general purpose wire ropes hot-dip galvanized.

General Specifications

  • Diameter Range: 0.20mm – 12.00mm
  • Standards: ISO 9001, JIS G 4315, JIS G 3521
  • Forms: Coils (commonly 250 kg per coil)
  • Tensile Strength Range: 1150 – 2800 MPa
  • Coatings: Galvanized (Hot-dip), Galfan (Zn-Al alloy), Non coated stainless steel

Forms of Supply: Coils or Spools.

Rope wire is commonly supplied in large coils, wrapped and strapped for easy handling and feeding into stranding machines.
Fine rope wire can also be supplied on wooden, steel, or plastic spools according to customers needs.

Applications

Our rope wire is widely used in the production of wire ropes in various industrial applications:

  • Manufacturing of lifting and hoisting ropes for construction and cranes.
  • Marine ropes for mooring, rigging, and offshore equipment.
  • Mining cable systems and safety ropes.
  • Manufacturing of ropes for bridges, elevators, and cable-supported structures.
  • For industrial equipment, architectural tension cables, and agricultural support systems.
